African Drumming Workshop

Join us for an energizing and restorative evening of rhythm, movement, and connection with Trust Drum Circles and the Summit FM Wellness program. This special session begins with gentle movement, followed by an interactive African drumming circle where participants co-create vibrant rhythms in community.
We’ll close with grounding breathwork and a calming “rhythm cradle” — a deeply relaxing experience designed to leave you feeling centered, connected, and renewed.
