Holding Light
Curated by ART x LOVE and presented with generous support from Ohio Arts Council

Location: Healing Arts Gallery at Stewart’s Caring Place in Fairlawn
This free art exhibition features the work of Dee Fairweather, Megan Frankenfield, and Care Hanson.
“Holding Light” is a group exhibition that celebrates the transformative power of art to nurture, restore, and connect. Through distinct yet complementary artistic practices, the artists explore themes of resilience, growth, memory, and the enduring presence of hope. Rich textures, luminous color, and evocative imagery encourage viewers to slow down, reflect, and find moments of beauty amid life’s complexities. The exhibition’s title, Holding Light, speaks to the ways we carry hope, strength, and compassion through times of challenge and change. It also reflects the mission of Stewart’s Caring Place, where support, connection, and healing are offered to individuals and families facing cancer.
Stampin’ Out Cancer Challenge 2026
Presented by: Bikers for Boobs
Dates: May 30th – August 29th
Ride to select businesses and collect stamps at your own pace on the day(s) of your choosing. Once your booklet is full, turn it in no later than August 31st. 2, 3 or 4 wheels accepted! The number of tickets earned will be calculated based on the stops that were stamped, and all tickets will be entered into a drawing for cash & prizes! Bonus prizes if you are present for the drawing!
Stampin’ Out Cancer: The Ride

Start at Todaro’s Party Center and ride together to Southeast Harley Davidson for food, refreshments, and festivities.

Teachers often reach into their own pockets to ensure their students have the tools they need to succeed. Stuff the Bus is a community-driven initiative to lighten that load. We are collecting essential classroom supplies and hosting a premier networking event to celebrate our local educators and the businesses that support them. Attendance is free and sponsorships are available!

Fighting Cancer – With A Little Help From Our Friends FREE Benefit Concert

Come together for free music for a good cause at the Rialto Theatre! The Fighting Cancer – With a Little Help From Our Friends Benefit Concert will have live performances by The Dean’s List and JD&Ken and Friends. Enjoy the bar and bites in the “Living Room” throughout the main event and take part in the 50/50 raffle and silent auction. Every raffle ticket purchased and auction bid helps support Stewart’s Caring Place: Cancer Wellness Centers. Your night out could make a meaningful difference in the fight against cancer!
